Update Personal Data / Subscription / Cancellation

How to Update Your Personal Information, Manage Subscriptions & Cancel Your 3local Account

Before proceeding, ensure:

  • You are logged into the 3local dashboard.
  • You have access to your ThriveCart email address (used during purchase).
  • You understand that cancelling a subscription will restrict access to the connected workspace domain.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Accessing Your Account Settings

  • In the dashboard, click on your name/avatar in the top-left corner.
  • Select “My Account” to update personal details.
  • Or choose “Products” to manage subscriptions and billing.

2. Update Personal Info in 3local

  • In the My Account section, you can:
    • Change your name
    • Update your email address
    • Reset your password
    • Enable two-factor authentication
    • Delete your account (permanently removes your access)
    • View login records (including access to other workspaces)

3. Managing Products & Subscriptions

  • From the Products section, you'll see three tabs:
    • Active Workspace Products – currently running subscriptions
    • Available Products – additional items you can buy
    • Inactive Workspace Products – previously canceled items
  • To manage an active subscriptions
    • Click “Manage Subscription” under the relevant active product.

4. Access ThriveCart Billing Portal

  • You'll be prompted to enter your ThriveCart purchase email.
  • After submitting, you’ll receive an email with a secure link.
  • Click the link to open your ThriveCart customer portal, where you can:
    • View purchase history
    • Update card information
    • Change billing address
    • Cancel subscriptions

⚠️ Important: Canceling a 3local subscription will restrict your access to the workspace and linked domain. Read the warning notice at the top of the portal before proceeding.

5. Update Billing or Subscription Details

In the ThriveCart portal:

  • Click “Update My Info” to modify personal/billing information.
  • Click “Update Card Info” to change your payment method.

For each product:

  • Click “View” to access more options, including cancelation.
